Signature-to-Handover

A run starts at signature and ends when somebody other than the seller owns the relationship. The processes here book the order against the right entity and terms, check that what was sold is what can be delivered, introduce the team who will deliver it, hand over everything learned during the sale so the customer does not have to repeat themselves, and schedule the start. Invoicing and collections are finance, and this stream stops at the booking. A handover that never happens is how a signed customer becomes an unhappy one, which is why it is a stream rather than a step at the end of closing.
