Customer-to-Renewal
A run starts well before an agreement ends, on a clock the agreement itself sets. The processes here watch what the customer uses against what they bought, surface the risks early enough that somebody can still act on them, agree what the next term should be, price it, and get it signed. A renewal that comes back smaller is still a completed run, and one that ends in a departure produces a reason the rest of the organization can learn from. Growing an account is a different stream because it is a different conversation: this one is about continuing.
