Process-to-Adoption

A run starts when a way of working is written or changed, and ends when it is what people actually do. The processes here document it, communicate it to the people who have to follow it, instrument the systems so that departure from it is visible, review what the instrumentation says, and change either the process or the enforcement. This stream is the reason the rest of the catalog is worth writing down. A documented process nobody follows is a description of an intention, and the difference between the two is measurable.
