Registration-to-Co-sell
A run starts when a partner registers a deal or a joint pursuit begins. The processes here check and approve the registration, protect it for the period the agreement promises, decide who leads and who supports, keep both sides working the same deal without the customer being approached twice, resolve the conflicts when a partner's deal meets a direct one, and record the outcome against the partner. The customer-facing work runs through the ordinary sales streams. What is particular here is that two organizations are trying to close one deal, and the rules that keep it from becoming a fight.
