Partner-to-Productive

A run starts at a signed agreement and ends when the partner can sell or deliver without being carried. The processes here grant access to the portal, the materials and the systems, train and certify the people who will do the work, walk the first deal or the first delivery alongside them, and confirm they can do it again alone. A partner signed and never onboarded is the most common way a partner program produces nothing at all, which is why this is a stream rather than a checklist at the end of recruiting.
